REFUND POLICY
Our return policy is effective for 14 days. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please use our return portal by clicking here.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
To process your return, the packing slip must be included with your package.
There are certain cases where only partial refunds are provided (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, reach out to your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded as store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please use our return portal.
